A Diatomaceous Earth Hair Mask is a natural hair treatment made from diatomaceous earth, a sedimentary rock formed from the fossilized remains of diatoms, a type of algae. This fine powder is rich in silica, a mineral that is known to promote healthy hair growth, strengthen hair follicles, and improve overall hair health.
To create a Diatomaceous Earth Hair Mask, the diatomaceous earth is typically mixed with water or other natural ingredients like aloe vera gel, coconut oil, or essential oils to form a paste-like consistency. The mask is then applied to the hair and scalp, massaged in, and left on for a period of time before rinsing it out.

Product Description
Bentonite Clay has been used for thousands of years due to its miraculous qualities and numerous applications. The fine powder forms when volcanic ash ages, and is named after Fort Benton, WY, where one of the largest deposits in the world is located.
Bentonite Clay works as a drawing agent. It’s negatively charged, and acts as a magnet, attracting many positively charged substances. Things like toxins, oil buildups, dirt and sebum trapped in your skin – even poisons from things like poison oak, ivy or insects – all can be attracted and absorbed by bentonite clay.
One of the most popular uses for Bentonite Clay is for face masks. It’s hailed as a miracle mud mask, helping to remove excess oils, clear pores, and treat acne outbreaks. However, its use case doesn’t stop there. Detox baths, hair masks, gut support & cleanse, and DIY deodorant are just a handful of ways that you can put the miracle dirt to use.
The best part? It’s totally natural! We don’t add fillers, binders, or any additional ingredients. What you see is what you get – pure, unadulterated Bentonite Clay that is taken straight from the earth, packaged and shipped to your doorstep. Nature knows best!
Just one ingredient – and it comes straight from planet earth

Mix equal parts Bentonite Clay with Apple Cider Vinegar until a creamy paste forms using a non-metal bowl & spoon (glass or wood is best).
Apply to skin and hair and allow to dry for 15-20 minutes for normal skin, and 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin.
Rinse with warm water.
PRO TIPS:
Bentonite Clay is a drawing agent and pulls toxins, sebum and dirt to the surface of your skin. A tingling or pulsing sensation is not unusual as the mask works and begins to dry.
You may experience redness after use, especially in the areas of your face that contain a high concentration of toxins. This will fade in 15 minutes to 1 hour.
It’s always a good idea to apply a small patch of the clay mask to your forearm or hand before applying to your face to test for sensitivities or allergies.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bentonite Clay
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 drops essential oil of your choice
Mixing Instructions:
In a non-metal bowl, add the clay, oil, apple cider vinegar, and essential oil. Use a non-metal spoon to mix and combine. Add in the water and stir vigorously to get rid of any clumps.
Applying to Your Hair:
Starting from the roots, apply the mask to damp hair in sections until your whole head is coated. Cover your hair with a shower cap and let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse out the mask with warm water.
Ingredients:
½ cup bentonite clay
½ cup Epsom salts
Instructions:
Dissolve Epsom salts in a hot bath as the tub is filling. Using a non-metal bowl and spoon, mix the clay in a small amount of water until it reaches paste consistency. Before you get into the tub, rub the clay all over your body to create a mask. Let dry for 5-10 minutes. Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Use a wash cloth to gently remove all dried clay from your skin.
