You can get an ultra pigmented, bold and bright look by pairing the eyeshadow with primer. You can use your shadow as a solid liner that stays put all day by mixing with water. Achieving An Ultra Pigmented Look

Creating deep, rich pigments is simple. Pigments blended with our Pregame Skin Perfecting Primer are virtually smudge free and will last all day. By blending your eyeshadow with primer, you are essentially creating a gel eyeshadow. The best part about making your own gel eyeshadow? It doesn’t dry out on you like premade gel shadows do.

Step 1: Scrape a tad of eyeshadow out of the compact and onto a dry, flat surface.
Step 2: Squirt a tad of primer next to the eyeshadow.
Step 3: Dip your brush in the primer and mix with the eyeshadow.
Step 4: Swipe over eyelids and allow to dry.

Note: You can blend together different gel shadows when they are wet, but once dry they stay put. Gel shadows are best used on the eyelid after other colors are applied and buffed into the crease.

Solid Liner By Using Foil Effects

What is the “Foil Effect”? Foil eyeshadow is eyeshadow that’s wetted before application to create a shiny, metallic look. It is different than using a primer because you are able to layer out the colors depending on how much water is used. You can easily create a multidimensional look by simply adjusting the wetness of your brush with each application.

Step 1: Scrape a tad of eyeshadow out of the compact and onto a dry, flat surface.
Step 2. Wet a flat-angled eyeshadow brush with water.
Step 3. Dip wetted brush into eyeshadow.
Step 4. Swipe on your foiled shadow.

Note: It is best to scrape a tad of shadow out opposed to mixing the wet brush in the whole formula. This step of keeping water out of your formula will maintain the integrity of your eyeshadow.

Buffed Out and Blended to Perfection

Looking for a super simple eyeshadow application? No problem! When worn dry, our eyeshadows blend together seamlessly. Create a gorgeous smokey eye in a few easy steps.

Step 1: Prime your lids and set with a skin-toned eyeshadow.
Step 2. Dab on a dark matte color above your crease and gently buff out with a fluffy brush.
Step 3. Using a flat brush, add a darker shadow to the outer corner and sweep inwards with short strokes.
Step 4. Buff out the darker color into the crease and onto the lid with small circular motions.
Step 5. Use a shimmery powder over your lid.

Note: Matte eyeshadows tend to be more powdery so blending them requires a slightly different application than a shimmer shadow. You will dab the powder onto the eyelid and then buff out, opposed to swiping the eyeshadow over the lid and then blending.
