• Q: How do I use this product? 🤔

  A: You got this! First, section your hair into 4 equal parts. Then, take about 1/2 inch sections and apply the color starting 1/2 inch away from your scalp, all the way down the hair shaft. Once all 4 sections are covered, let it process for 15 minutes. After that, apply the rest of the color to your scalp area and let it process for another 30 minutes. If you’re going for full gray coverage, let it process for a total of 45 minutes. Finally, rinse, shampoo, and condition with our One N’ Only Argan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo & Conditioner.

• Q: How do I choose the right developer? 💡

  A: It’s super easy! For deposit only or 1 level of lift, use 10 volume developer. If you want 2 levels of lift, go for 20 volume. For 3 levels of lift, use 30 volume developer. And if you’re aiming for 4 levels of lift, 40 volume developer is your go-to!

• Q: How do I mix the color? 🧪

  A: The mixing ratio is a simple 1:2 – that’s 1 part color to 2 parts developer. Easy peasy!

• Q: Is this product safe to use? ⚠️

  A: We always recommend a sensitivity test 48 hours before each use, even if you’ve colored your hair before, just to be safe. Also, this product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16 and should not be used for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows, as it may cause blindness. Keep out of reach of children!
