ah… just like most conditioners

I never heard back from the seller regarding the broken container. I am able to use it and have used about half the container. I won’t purchase again — very expensive for a conditioner that is no better than over the counter products. My hair is natural – not treated – and not damaged. So, it shouldn’t take much for me to like a conditioner. I would just like my hair to be soft.
