Where to begin
The pen has potential, nice ultra fine tip, but the pen itself can’t contain the ink which is also not good quality. Its watery and its tracing fades away or gives out a lot of ink and makes a mess. Yes, I did the shaking on the pen to mix the ink but nothing worked. This pen needs better ink and better retention in its container.

Review Title: Have ordered this three times
the first one I bought was number 102 which was a bit darker and ashier than 101 which is more of a medium brown. Both work just fine for me because I don’t care if my brows match my hair exactly but the 101 is the closer match,warmer. I have next to no eyebrows (80’s baby) and have gotten away with wearing this for 3 days straight with minimal touch-ups. I can even sleep with my face in the pillow! come on!! I always apply it to clean, dry, bare skin and work around my brows when applying sunscreen, foundation and other makeup for the longest lasting power. Sometimes I’ll use my favorite brow pencil just to add a little something but not always. My eyebrows aren’t even a thought in my day with this product.

I’ve had some trouble making hair lines with it, but the color is great and covers well where I have no hair. but you need to be careful handling it as it constantly leaks; not out of the cover, but when you open it to use sometimes it’s leaking. I’ve tried keeping the head up to avoid that problem – shame as or else would be five stars.
