This is hands down the best product for daily use or before a workout, etc. you don’t need much to get a nice slippery surface, and it much less messy than gold bond (spray powder too!). My only grip is the last half inch or so is almost a waste, as you basically have it falling out when trying to push up the last bit. You end up scraping your thighs and junk. I wish they had something to prevent this, otherwise it is 5/5!

I don’t realy get the point of using this on your groin from regular use (I don’t get chafing from just existing), but for running, I did pick this up as a cheaper option to Body Glide and it effectively works really well. Ran for over an hour non-stop with short shorts and my legs weren’t red afterwards. I did put a thick layer, though, but this is so cheap compared to everything else, I don’t mind over-applying. It does have a smell. Smells like white soap, if I was to be honest. Also, the “non-greasy” application… Yeah, I don’t really agree with that. It’s actually quite creamy, but I don’t mind that at all.
