- Step 1: 🟢 Switch to the “unlocked” side for self-leveling mode; the tool will level itself if within ±4° of horizontal.
- Step 2: 🔴 If the surface tilts more than 4 degrees, the lasers blink and the LED light on the top goes red.
- Step 3: 🔒 Slide the switch to “lock” side and press the button for 3 sec to turn on the laser in manual mode.
