It’s super easy! First, find the right size for each nail by aligning them with the tab sides facing your cuticles. If you’re in between sizes, go with the smaller one. Then, wash your hands and dry them well. Use the little stick to push back any extra skin, and give your nails a good wipe with the prep pad – this is the most important step for great sticking power! After that, just peel the backing off the nail and press it down in the center and on both sides at the same time. Hold it for 30 seconds. If there’s any sticky bit showing, you can brush a little clear nail polish on it before pressing down. Give your hands at least an hour before getting them wet, and you can file them if you like!
