How to Use 🛠️

1. Step 1: 🧼 Cleanse & Prep Nails
• 1a. Prepare the nails by removing any traces of old nail polish, gel or glues on the surface of the natural nail.
• 1b. Gently push the cuticles back with a cuticle pusher and cut off any dead skin if required. This clears the nail bed to ensure the acrylics fit flush and you achieve the perfect shape.
• 1c. Wash & dry hands/nails thoroughly.
• Pro Tip: Lightly buff the natural nails with a nail file and then cleanse the nails with an alcohol or acetone based nail wipe or similar. This prepares the nail surface for the ultimate bond to the new nail tips.
2. Step 2: 🧴 Apply Glue
• 2a. Apply an adequate layer of nail glue evenly to the false nail tip. Cover all of the nail required including the edges.
• Pro Tip: Size up the nail tips against the natural nails and arrange them in order so you can easily apply the correct tips as you go. For the perfect fit, the false nail should not overlap onto the skin. When you think you have the correct one, try the next size up and down to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Step 3: 💅 Stick On The Nail Tips
• 3a. Apply the nail tip at a 45° angle. This will help push out air bubbles to prevent the nail from pinging off.
• 3b. Lightly press the nail down for 5-10 seconds or until firmly bonded.
• Pro Tip: For your own manicure, apply to your dominant hand first. This typically ensures better control when applying to the other hand.
4. Step 4: ✂️ Cut, Shape and Buff
• 4a. Use false nail clippers to cut the tip to the desired length and shape.
• 4b. Use a file to perfect the shape.
• 4c. Prepare the tip for the acrylic coat by filing/buffing the tip and removing the shine. This creates a rough surface for the acrylic to bond securely to.
• Pro Tip: Hold the tip securely while filing and buffing to reduce movement and vibrations.
5. Step 5: 💅 Acrylic / Poly Gel / Gel Builder
• 5a. Apply the acrylic to the natural nail and blend into and over the false nail tip.
• 5b. Perfect the final shape of the acrylic nails with a file and buffer. Then cleanse the nails with a nail wipe before applying gel/polish.
• Pro Tip: Start off with smaller layers if you are new to acrylic nails and build up to the desired shape and thickness.
