How to Get 360 Waves: A Step-by-Step Guide

• Step 1-Get a Haircut
  • Get your hair cut with a 1⁄3 inch (0.8 cm) guard, with the grain.
  • Have a razor style cut. This is a horizontal line at the bangs.
