Approximately how much teeth whitening gel should I use? Teeth Whitening Gel should be dispensed evenly across the upper and lower halves of the tray. Apply an even layer of 0.25 ml of gel to both the upper and lower surfaces of the mouth tray for a total of 0.5 ml.. Avoid using more than the recommended amount because doing so may irritate your gums and not produce any further benefits.

What to do if you think the mouth tray doesn’t fit properly? Make sure the teeth whitening tray fits comfortably before your first use. If required, use scissors to trim away a small amount of material from both ends of the mouth tray.
